AskGrand, operated by T. A. Thompson Enterprise, LLC, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.
  2. Submit a refund request from your order page, or reply to your Paddle receipt email.
  3. Alternatively, contact AskGrand support through the app and we will help coordinate with Paddle.

Processing time

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Banks typically take 5–10 business days to post the credit.
